The Ouidad® curly haircut is a specialized technique for cutting curly hair, developed by Ouidad in the 1980s. It focuses on enhancing natural curl patterns while cutting the hair wet. Renée has been certified twice and has been using this technique for 10+ years.

The Rezö Curly Cut® is a specialized haircutting technique designed for naturally curly hair, developed to enhance and define curls while cutting the hair dry and maintaining hair health and shape. This method respects the natural curl pattern and works with it rather than against it.

Renee is a Level 1 Certified Rezö stylist. She will attend the Level 2 class in 2026 and will complete the master stylist class (Level 3) after that.

Full grey coverage typically involves permanent hair color that completely masks grey strands, while partial coverage blends the greys with the natural hair color for a softer, more natural appearance. The level of grey coverage needed often depends on the percentage of grey hair and the overall look a person wants to achieve.

Renee will evaluate your hair’s current condition, natural color, texture, previous chemical treatments, and compare it to the desired outcome to figure out which technique of lightening the hair will be used (highlights, balayage, etc.).
